The chat export you choose is read by your own browser. It is not uploaded to us or to anyone else. Messages you do not pick never leave your device.

The page you publish: its title, subtitle and dedication, the statistics shown on it (counts, dates, top words and emoji), the messages and moments you picked, and the illustration. We also keep a record linking your payment to the page.

If you add photos (one of you two, or one of each person, and optionally your pet), they are sent to our image model provider to draw the illustration and are not stored by us. Only the finished illustration is stored.

If you ask for a story, the numbers shown on your page, the messages and moments you picked, your dedication and your answers to the three questions are sent to our AI text model provider to write it. Your chat itself is never sent. Only the text you keep is published with your page.

For the page and video plan, your finished illustration (not your photo) is sent to our AI video model provider to animate the opening, and the resulting clip is stored with your page. The rest of the video is created in your browser.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Stripe passes us the email address you give at checkout. We use it only for two messages about your order: your link and edit code when the page is published, or one reminder if a paid page was not finished. They are sent through our email provider, Resend. We do not keep the address once your page is published; if a paid page is never published, the order record with the address is deleted after 30 days. We never send marketing email.

Your page lives at a private, unlisted link that asks search engines not to index it. You can add a password and delete the page at any time with your edit code.
